About this job
Candidates will be working in an industrial environment (outdoor plant, different than manufacturing environment). Each candidate will be paired with a permanent employee to clean specific areas of the plant. They are shoveling and scooping grain, wheat, and flour into color coded bins. The grain they are cleaning up is due to overflow from machines. There are several different floors to the facility, so when a job is finished they will have to use the stairs or elevator to move to the next assigned job.
Lots of positions to advance into including forklift, packaging, and machine operating. Must be open to overtime, working 1st shift, and being dependable in showing up everyday.
