Responsibilities:

  • Data entry.
  • Answering client questions regarding reports and status.
  • This position will be purely phone support with an emphasis on providing a high level of customer service.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting (browser, cache, cookies etc.).
  • Report Status.
  • New products.
  • Billing questions.
  • I-9/E-Verify.
  • Onboarding form questions (W-4, EEO, State Tax etc.).
