Hangar and AOG A&P mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently looking for an Unplanned Maintenance Technicians for the Fort Lauderdale Florida area. The candidates are required to have an Airframe & Powerplant license and 3+ years of experience on either Lear Jet, Challenger, CRJ, or Global Express experience.

The Unplanned Maintenance Technician will perform troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, avionics, electrical, and/or electronic systems, wherever it is located.

Travel my include International assignments. Additional work on drop-ins and planned maintenance within the facility during slow periods of unplanned maintenance may be required.

There will be considerable travel through Florida and Central America. Must have the ability to be "ready to travel" with as little as 2 hours notice. Potential for International travel for extended periods of time and possibly to remote areas with few modern conveniences. Unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays may occur.

Qualifications

3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience on LearJet, CRJ, Challenger, or Global aircrafts. Equivalent Business Jet experience is welcomed.

A&P License is required

Passport or the ability to aquire one is required

Must have your own tools
