PrideStaff is currently recruiting for an experienced A & P Mechanic. This is a direct hire position.
Location: near Plainview, NY
The successful candidate MUST have an A & P License issued by the FAA; an IA Certificate would be preferred. MUST have at least 5 years of actual and recent general aviation aircraft maintenance/repair experience. Experience with Learjet, Piper, Mooney, Beechcraft and Eurocopter would be preferred.
In this role, responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supervising a staff of mechanics, training, and hands-on repair work. This would include: troubleshooting aircraft structure, mechanic repairs, replacements and rebuilds, inspections, supervise the towing of all aircrafts and maintain maintenance records.
Salary: contingent upon prior experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
