We have an immediate opening for a full-time customer service/cashier with 1st shift hours. Interested candidates must be able to interview ASAP. Basic computer and communication skills are required. Attention to details is a must. There is an opportunity to grow within the organization if desired.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Displays a positive attitude
- Is committed to providing an excellent customer experience
- Accurately performs financial transactions including (but not limited) to accepting bill payments and making bill adjustments
- Accurately answers billing inquiries and updates customer information
- Adheres to company policies and strictly follows all company procedures
- Participates in on-going learning and development
- Complies with all state and federal laws governing the industry
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Must have 6-12 months cash handling experience
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma/GED required
