Manager, Quality Analytics-160001HB Job Quality Primary Location United States-MA-MABoston Organization Corporate (Network) Description

As Manager of Quality Analytics, provide direction and oversight of data and reporting to provide insight and support to quality improvement strategies across The Network. Conduct data analyses, including data cleansing; planning and executing analyses; and developing/producing user-friendly and responsive reports. Provide information to leadership regarding state-of-the-art data management systems and opportunities to enhance analyses, system integration and related databases. Manage team responsible for quality reporting and benchmarking for The Network, and suggest quality improvement strategies based upon analytic results.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee Network quality reporting, analysis and benchmarking.

  • Ensure accuracy of data and subsequent reports, collaborating with operations to resolve any and all data integrity issues.

  • Design and implement data management and quality control procedures, including writing technical requirements and documentation of data sets.

  • Design and facilitate trainings for field employees on quality metrics and the appropriate use of data to improve performance.

  • Liaise with field QI and operations in process improvement efforts for the collection and review of data.

  • Collect and analyze quality improvement data and report to QI leadership the status of quality improvement activities across the Network.

  • Utilize quality information and metrics to identify areas for quality improvement activities and to measure the outcomes of interventions.

  • Perform other related duties and activities as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the Quality Systems Specialist

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field strongly preferred.

  • Five years of related experience including some formal training in data analytics required.

  • Some management/supervisory experience preferred.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience/expertise in computer applications, especially Excel, SAS, SPSS and/ or other statistical and database applications required.

  • Strong experience with research issues and resources; basic record-keeping and organizational skills required.

  • Demonstrated ability to write reports, and/ or other technical documents required.

Other Requirements:

  • Some travel may be required.
