MASSACHUSETTS MENTOR is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision to therapists or behavioral health services staff, including overseeing the therapy or behavioral health services provided to clients, development and implementation of service plans and ensuring the quality of the services provided to individual clients. Clinical Supervisors regulatory review documentation to ensure compliance and proactively address any client issues with respect to therapeutic or behavioral health services. The Clinical Supervisor also oversees staff as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in human services required plus four or more years of related experience with at least one year of experience in clinical supervision
  • Other education and experience plus licensure as required by state
