Job Summary: In this role you'll support our Workforce and Process Improvement team by handling not only daily support of end users, but also a project team and implementation. This role is important to our team as it drives our business forward. This role will require incredible attention to detail, follow up and a great understanding of systems and project management.

What you'll do:
• Data Entry in proprietary system - Included but not limited to :addition of New Sites (including, but not limited to: Addresses, Internal Staff, Light Duty, Integration with I-9 vendor and Recruiting Offices), updating numerous client pre-employment requirements, addition and maintenance of subcontractor vendors
• Facilitating Creating and updating Vanity URLs & testing
• Gathering information, Researching, creating timelines and re-creating issues provided by users for upstream problem solving
• Supporting and Driving Project Initiatives - identifying and prioritizing updates requested, partnering with developers, testing of new improvements, asking follow up questions until project completion
• Update proprietary systems to reflect Media Manager changes and communicating changes to offices across the country when complete
• Complete standard basic requests for administrator only changes, including new users and access points
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.

What you'll need:
• 2+ year experience in Project Management, or Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS preferred)
• Personal drive and motivation, passionate about the work and not afraid to ask questions
• Ability to view all angles of a problem and suggest options for resolution
• Sense of urgency - get the job done on time and correctly
• Proven ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service
• Must be able to work independently, seek answers when help is needed and be motivated to seek out additional tasks for completion
• Critical thinker & amazing attention to detail
• Training - Teach people what they're looking at & how to solve problems
• Understand end user needs & functionality to prepare for roadblocks
