We are seeking 14 Professional Mortgage Assistants. The ideal candidates will possess previous mortgage experience, preferably in processing mortgage loans.
In this position, your primary role is to partner with the Mortgage Loan Officers/Loan Originators.
This position requires you to independently process large loan volumes accurately and quickly. You must be detailed in reviewing and compliance.
This position also offer an additional production-based incentive opportunity!
Job Description:
Supporting a top producing loan originator by taking applications, running credit, follow guidelines, TRID disclosures, managing communications, and lots of follow-ups.
Skills/Requirements:
Proven current residential loan processing or origination experience, minimum two years
Proven knowledge in calculating income
Proven Proficiency in DU
Proven Proficiency in FHA guidelines
Proven Proficiency of Conventional guidelines
Detailed Oriented
Dependable
Good communicator/writer
Excellent computer skills: Encompass, MS Office
Sense of urgency, deadline driven
Strong moral/ethical character
Current NMLS license a plus
Knowledge of Encompass or Calyx is a plus
