We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, customer focused shift manager capable of performing all tasks related to our daily operations.
As General Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills:
- Great Leadership
- Accountability for sales, scheduling, and general store upkeep
- Ability to hire, train, and motivate your team
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Order all food and supply product for the store
- Ensure daily and weekly production of product meets the stores needs
- Ensure product is fresh and meets company standards
- Create a positive work environment
- Great product knowledge
- Decorating skills are very beneficial
General Manager Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equal or Higher Degree
- At least 2 years of Management Experience
- Basic computer operations, such as POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
