Customer Service Specialist
LOCATION: NW Portland
SALARY: $20hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Client in NW Portland has an immediate need for a Bi-Lingual Order Management Specialist to serve on a 6 month contract, with potential to go longer/full time. The Order Management Specialist serves on the front line of ensuring our customers receive world class customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for order entry and management in partnership with Regional Sales, Marketing, BF&A and Global Supply Planning function. On occasion, this position will provide support and guidance for specific accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manages overall process of order entry, management and logistics by collecting, processing and managing orders and returns, performing account inventory analysis, and accessing account credit limits.
· Management and administration of specific key accounts including Order/RMA entry.
· Engage in necessary resources to expedite resolution of customer complaints and problems
· Maintain service quality, productivity, and consistency within the team that are in line with department goals.
Qualifications:
· Should possess at least Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
· Should have a minimum of 1 year previous key account sales or support experience in a high tech related company.
· Experience with 3rd party agency (sales and service) preferred.
· This person will be able to demonstrate computer literacy, personable communication skills, be results oriented, have strong organization skills, and effective written reporting skills.
· Proficient in the operations of EDI, CRM (preferably MS Dynamics), ERP (preferably SAP) and MS Office applications.
· Able to perform a variety of complicated tasks simultaneously
