To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 2+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • A high level of computer expertise required, including Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

As an Executive Assistant, you will perform project coordination and administrative duties.  Responsibilities include answering and screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and customer relations.  The specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Calendar and independently schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Screen incoming calls/correspondence and respond independently when possible.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
  • Develop and maintain reporting relative to project road maps. 
  • Exhibit strict confidentiality with all matters.  
  • Arrange events with vendors including venue selection, catering, invitations, and budgets.
