The Greeter, as a part of the Product Sales and Services department, is responsible for (including but not limited to) creating a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests by greeting them in our various ticket and pass sales locations. This position requires providing information, directions, and product knowledge while offering expert advice regarding Breckenridge Resort summer operations and assisting with guest service and information about the town of Breckenridge. Candidates should have the ability to retain a significant amount of information and follow company/department policies & procedures while interacting with a high volume of guests and effectively manage the queue (line). The Greeter must continue to pay attention to the details of the operation while being a problem solver and ensuring each guest’s needs are met appropriately.

 This position will be located at the Gondola ticket office (centrally located in town at the Breckenridge transfer station) or in the Summer Fun Park at the base of Peak 8.

 Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in English language
• Previous work experience in Guest Services
• Comfortable working in fast pace work environment.
• Comfortable working outside for extended period of time.
• Willing to commit to a work schedule which includes working weekends and holidays.
• Willing to make seasonal commitment through the end of the season
• In person interview preferred.
