Position Summary Exciting part time opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be part of our Long Term Care Pharmacy. As a Customer Service Representative in the Long Term Care Pharmacy, you will provide telephone support to our Long Term Care Facilities by assisting Nurses with their inquiries. You would be responsible for providing appropriate response to customers when they have questions about the status of their prescriptions and entering refill requests. You will also get to help Nurses troubleshoot when they have questions about the remote dispensing units in the Long Term Care Facilities.
Superb communication skills are needed in order to effectively interact with Nurses, internal staff and all levels of management. Successful Customer Service Representatives will be detail oriented and be able to triage faxes. Understanding computers and feeling comfortable navigating through several systems at a time is also needed.

Required Qualifications Must be Registered with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy prior to starting employment.
Obtain Merwin Pharmacy Certification training within a year from original date of hire.
Must maintain in good standing with the Pharmacy Board requirements with regards to certification and or CE requirements
Preferred Qualifications Previous Pharmacy experience.
Education High School Diploma or GED required
Clinical Licensure Required Pharmacy Technician
