About this job

Job Description

A Real Estate Professional (Retail Office) is a real estate agent who is based out of our retail office and meets with clients to help them find a home to purchase. You will also take clients through the process of submitting an offer and coming to contract terms on a home. When selling a home, you will assist clients in getting their home show-ready and will mediate when offers are submitted. Although you will be based out of our retail location, you will also need to travel out of the office for home tours.

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients at our retail location where you will listen to their real estate needs and show them home listings
  • Take clients to see homes that meet their criteria
  • Work with colleagues in our retail office to share your listings and to find out if their listings could be the right fit for any of your clients
  • Represent your clients during offer negotiations and help them reach mutual acceptance
  • Follow up with clients and maintain a relationship so you can serve their future real estate needs
