-Proficient in Excel

Must be available to work Monday- Friday during business hours; pay rate: $17- $20 per hour.
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the pre transfer relationship of the inbound transfer process. They will serve as a liaison between the prior servicer and our client. This involves working with the prior to retrieve any and all necessary items in order for ensure a successful loan transfer as well as working with various business units to validate all items received are sufficient.
