Job Duties:
-Help to determine the value of vehicles that have been in an accident
-Conduct research to obtain needed information
-Make occasional outbound calls to obtain information
-Efficiently and accurately enter data
-Provide excellent customer service over the phone
-There is not much communication with the adjuster in this role, but occasionally they may need to call the adjuster to authorize an expansion if necessary.
