Job Description: Main skill sets:
* mechanical assembly
* Soldering (through hole, surface mount, rework/touch up, SMT)
ESD, IPC-610
*Will use microscope 8-10 hours per day
*must have great vision
*have worked with tiny/small parts
*know how to work off of work instructions
*will be using bonding adhesives: epoxy, glues, etc
*must wear eye protection at all times and/or possible hair nets and lab coats
*open to wearing a respirator

Important factors:
* 4/10 work schedule M-Th 7am to 5:30 pm (not a lot of overtime but sometimes required on Fridays; even once a while saturdays)
* 'non smoking facility'
* Family environment, very low turnover
* They work with people's schedules if there are ever time conflicts
* Looking for people with strong motivation, showing willingness to learn and grow
Work Environment: production environment, small family environment, MUST PROVE THEMSELVES/ Qualifications: -HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
-Must be able to learn quickly and be cross trained
-Quality is a must
-Must be able to work under microscope
Performance Expectations: -Prepare and assemble electronic and mechanical components for printed circuit boards and related items in accordance with diagrams, documented procedures, and prototypes.
-Visually inspects front and back of boards under magnifier and/or microscope extracted from SMT machine, punches out plastic holes as needed and adds serial number to board.
-Solders parts to boards not attached by SMT machine; and cleans excess flux on board with q-tip. If during visual inspection identifies issue such as loose or misplaced component with finished product from SMT machine, removes component and replaces manually.
-Notifies cell lead of any quality issues detected from SMT machine.
-Pulls secondary parts bin when primary bin is emptied.
-Notifies cell lead or stock room when primary bin requires replenishment. Delivers empty parts bin to stock room or prep area.
-Cleans boards in flow solder room using board washing machine.
-Completes and maintains relevant paperwork and inputs inventory information into a computer system.
-Delivers completed assemblies to buffer area, which may be completed with use of cart - pushing an average of 10lbs but as much as 20lbs on a flat floor surface. Lifts boards weighing 5lbs to rack.
-Moves rack weighing up to 5lbs to work area manually or with use of cart on a flat floor surface.
Interview Information: WILL GIVE SOLDERING AND MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TEST IN INTERVIEW

Will most likely interview with Manager
