Internal Auditor

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in the risk assessment of assigned department or functional area in established/ required timeline.
• Execute risk-based audit programs
• Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Internal Audit Manager
• Review the stability of internal control design
• Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
• Determine compliance with policies and procedures
• Verbally communicate findings to management and draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area.
• Prepare organized testing working paper with sufficient details
• Visit or corresponds with various branch offices or affiliate offices to ascertain if records are being maintained according to prescribed procedures; assist in implementing correct procedures if discrepancies exist.
• Participates in training through professional organizations, CPA certifications, and readings relevant literature for the purpose of staying abreast of audit concepts and methods.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of financial experience
• Financial audit, inventory audit, operational audit
