Immediate Opening with a Large, well established Construction Management Firm getting ready to take on a huge rebranding program for some very well known commercial/retail clients. They are looking for Project Managers to oversee these projects from conception to completion. Position offers great experience working for a very reputable construction firm, unique projects, and a chance to move up within one of the world's largest Construction Firms!

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Construction Management OR 4 Years experience working as an APM/PM for a large general contracting company.
  • Commercial/Retail Job Oversight Experience.
  • Interfacing/managing subcontractors.
  • 3-10 Years of Experience Managing Commercial/Retail Projects.
  • Coordination with Superintendents, Foreman, or Project Managers.
  • On site/Fieldwork experience overseeing the construction process.
  • Great Communication Skills.
  • Experience with scoping and surveying existing sites is a PLUS.
  • BEST Candidate will have experience managing retail bank projects, overseeing crews of subcontractors, working is fast paced environment, and managing multiple projects at once.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Work out in the Field/On site/Hands on Experience.
  • Oversee subcontractor work.
  • Coordinate with clients for any updates and issues.
  • Attend/Hold Daily construction meetings.
  • Take field pictures with iPad/iPhone.
  • Electronically tracking quantities to monitor progress.
  • Working mostly out on site, and not in the trailer.
  • Ensuring safety PPE and traffic control, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, RFPs, invoices, change orders, project schedules, and overall knowledge of construction documentation.

Pay/Compensation:

  • Pay/Salary depends on the candidate's overall construction management experience. There is room for negotiation!
