About this job
Administrative Assistant will support the Program Management Team. This individual will be responsible for compiling, checking and preparing a variety of general reports which may be relatively technical in nature. Coordinates status of documents and reports. Updates and prepares listing of weekly or monthly reports. Monitors various documents to ensure the format is correct and appropriate policies and procedures are correctly carried out. Compiles, catalogs, and maintains information on materials and documents. May interface with requestors and direct them to location of specific items. Maintain meeting minutes and may coordinate action items. Proofreads records, forms, letters, and other documentation for typographical and other mistakes. May arrange travel schedules and makes appropriate reservations. Performs other related duties as assigned.
