Food Service Manager (Subway/Quiznos) Hourly

Job Related Duties: A Food Service Manager is primarily responsible for, but are not limited to the following:● Flexibility to work on-call and as needed to accommodate operational and scheduling needs.● Self-motivated, dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus.● Supervising and directing the activities of employees.● Ensuring excellent customer service.● Training and development of employees.● Monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.● Maximizing sales and profitability.● Controlling expenses.● Ensuring flawless execution of programs.● Creating positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect. ● Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.General Job Duties:● Ensure the store is kept clean for all guests.● Ensure store clerks and shift supervisors are maintaining housekeeping and maintenance requirements and assist in providing guest service, housekeeping, display maintenance and replenishing merchandise as needed.● Coach, delegate tasks, and follow-up with employees as necessary.● Ensures compliance of company policies, procedures and practices.● Support company loss prevention efforts. ● Provide orderly maintenance of front-end supplies.
