SUMMARYPerform tasks to meet restaurant objectives in sales, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TEAMWORK ● Creates an environment where all customers feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service that exceeds the customer expectations. ● Creates a positive, productive working environment; model professionalism.● Participates in continuously improvement and problem solving activities to improve store performance against company objectives as directed by the Manager.● Communicates feedback to supervisors as necessary to ensure Kigo customer service, quality, inventory, sanitization and cleanliness standards are met.● Participates in restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional activities and campaigns as directed.PROCESS AND PROCEDURE● Cooks all product and food according to the restaurant's processes, recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.● Prepares all customer bowls following portioning, recipes and serving standards.● Prepares ingredients to standard following recipe, cutting and food safety standards.● Complies with cash handling procedures, as well as other safety and security procedures to ensure the safety and security of all team members and company assets.● Performs opening and closing duties in a timely manner.
