Time Warner Cable currently seeks a Special Pricing Manager for our Special Pricing Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:
The Special Pricing Manager will take a leadership role in teaching, training and reviewing the Special Pricing Analyst’s work. The position will also provide direct support to all TWC sales teams in evaluating and analyzing opportunities and approving special pricing when appropriate. Recommends alternate product solutions to achieve better margins or better meet customer’s requirements. The position will requires a keen understanding of all TWC Business Class products and pricing, and the ability to read and understand competitor’s invoices. The Special Pricing Analyst will frequently interface and engage with product managers to provide real time market and competitive intelligence on product and pricing solutions to continually refine pricing strategies. The position will also require building RFP pricing models based on the applications and customer requirements. The job will also require the maintenance of a library of competitive information and quotes, as well providing metrics for tracking special deals.

Job Requirements:
The job requires an extensive knowledge of TWC Business Class Voice, Internet, Ethernet, Cloud and Cable TV services. In addition, a strong financial and analytical skill set with a general manager mindset that balances strategic thinking with practical business sense. The applicant should have served in a leadership / manager role before and have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills, with superior negotiation skills, along with a collaborative, team-based posture. Telecommunication sales experience is also desirable

Candidate Qualifications:
Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word. TWC Billing Systems, Salesforce, TWC Business Class Products, Previous Management Experience

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
Plans, staffs, evaluate and direct work of employees of a work unit.
Delegate’s authority to carry out work of a unit to subordinate supervisors or managers

Travel Requirements:
Travel 10%
