We are seeking a full-time Night Auditor for our award winning SpringHill Suites in King of Prussia, PA. Schedule Hours are 11:00pm-7:00am.
The hotel operates 24/7 and may require work on Holidays and during inclement weather.
Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
- Handle confidential information and guest records
- Must have good problem solving skills, think quickly and be calm when facing adversity
- Basic math/accounting skills
- Must be comfortable with using Microsoft Office
- Remain highly visible and readily available for guests at all times
- Perform night audit to verify all previous front desk shift transactions; perform night audit checklist
- Program wakeup calls
- Communicate any incidents and potential hazardous situations to Operations Manager/General Manager
- Communicate pertinent shift information to managers and associates both verbally and in writing via log-book
- May be responsible for assisting with the setup/breakdown of the meeting room
- Light food and beverage duties; preparing coffee for 24 hour coffee service and aiding breakfast attendant with setup if needed
- Acting Manager on Duty
- Additional duties as business requires or as assigned by management
