Customer Service Specialist- Entry Level Marketing - Full-time

The Job Window is currently recruiting an entry level Customer Service Specialist – Entry Level Marketing for our client in the local Santa Fe area. This firm focuses on brand marketing and customer acquisition, retention and renewal. Due to a recent expansion, this firm is now looking to hire a Customer Service Specialist – Entry Level Marketing to take the lead on ensuring the top notch service their clients expect at their new location. This individual must be able to provide effective customer service in a professional manner and provide support to the general promotional marketing initiatives of the firm. Full training is provided for the position.
 
Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with the management of service campaigns in designated retail locations.
• Manage on-site retail marketing campaign and actively engage consumers interested in client services, demonstrating full product knowledge and compliance in service.
• Generate customer leads for senior Sales Consultants for consumers interested in client services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clients at each retail marketing campaign.
• Communicate with clients about objectives and targets.
• Develop strong relationships with the clients, retailers, and other members of the marketing teams.
• Additional tasks as required.

This is an entry level position where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance into a management position within several months.

• Relevant experience in direct marketing, brand management, customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus
