About this job
The expo position is called this because you will “expedite” the food from the kitchen to the customers. Your job is to make sure that the food coming out of the kitchen is accurately presented, plated, and distributed according to the sequence of tickets. The expo assists both the kitchen team and the servers to make sure that our guests have an excellent dining experience.
