Our offices are located just off the I-17 at the Dunlap exit near the Metro Center.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Oakwood is looking for a Temporary Coordinator, Revenue Management & eChannels, who will be responsible for providing support to the Revenue Management team by assisting in the maintenance of processes and systems. This role will ensure the processing of data, effective reporting, and various project completion to enhance functionality and team performance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Support Revenue Specialists by effectively and efficiently managing multiple e-channel and pricing systems
- Update rate/pricings daily, weekly, and monthly based on strategy implemented by Revenue Specialist/Manager
- Update and test inventory/availability in various systems
- Assist with data collection including running reports, rate scraping, and conducting competitive shops
- Assist with property builds, content updates, and ad-hoc content projects
- Process monthly commissions and settlements
- Validate RFP market rate proposals, complete submissions, and map documents
- Audit properties and markets as needed to ensure accuracy and reduce system glitches
- Work closely with Marketing, E-channel and Revenue Management teams to execute and track online promotions
- Utilize appropriate analytical tools to extract, compile and manipulate data for purposes of analysis and presentation
WHAT YOU NEED:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- 2 years' + experience in data entry
- Experience with systems a plus (GDS, Siebel, Sabre Synxis, Oscar, Business Object)
- Prior hospitality or operations experience preferred
