Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of the location. Monitors guest service, upselling, inventory levels, line speed and efficiency of operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operations within assigned area location
  • Performs varied tasks necessary for the upkeep of all restaurants and grounds
  • Handle guest concerns
  • Oversee that stand supervisors are properly managing staff and breaks in accordance to NYS Labor Laws and Regulations as well as Six Flags
  • Ensure goods are ordered for all locations based on inventory levels by certain time each day
  • Count goods during inventory each week and month end
  • Control quality of food according to Health Department regulations
  • Control portion size and waste in accordance to displayed standards
  • Ensure positive guest experience within assigned area location
  • Ensure all locations are opened and closed at appropriate times
  • Handle discipline and reward situations with team members within assigned area
  • Manage break schedules in accordance with NYS Labor Laws
  • Oversee stand schedules created by stand supervisors. Ensure they are done on time and in accordance to NYS Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Perform other tasks and activities asked of by Full time Management
  • Be able to communicate tasks and objectives to team members in a clear and efficient manner
