Purpose/ Summary:
To provide a clean and safe kitchen area for our staff. Responsible for washing and cleaning all sauce dishes, pots, utensils and cooking equipment. Will also be responsible for general kitchen duties including but not limited to stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, placing clean items to storage areas and general maintenance of the kitchen area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
o Set up dish stations according to BP's guidelines and standards
o Ensures all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area
o Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware
o Keep dish room clean and organized
o Responsible for general housekeeping as needed including receiving and storing supplies, sweeping floors, clean trash cans and remove trash when needed, replenishing supplies when stock is low
o Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
o Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
o Ensure compliance with BP's code of ethics, integrity and conduct
