We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Cashier.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately perform ring outs of customers work orders according to Jiffy Lube policies and procedures.
2. Keep the office and lounge clean and orderly.
3. Assist the manager and assistant manager with some paperwork as assigned.
4. Increase performance of service center through proper treatment of customers and strict adherence to Jiffy Lube policies and procedures.
Specific Duties:
1. Proper handling of cash and all payments.
2. Accurately enter work order information into computer.
3. Greeting customers and writing up work orders.
4. Assist bay technicians in completion of courtesies (vacuuming, tire inflation and exterior window wash) and all service stickers on vehicles.
5. Maintain appearance & cleanliness of lounge, customer rest room and office area.
6. Accurately filling out and maintaining customer’s maintenance folders.
7. Maintain high state of personal appearance.
8. Promote good image to customers.
9. Make corrections/deletions to Customer Automatic Reminder system (CARS) each month.
10. Other duties as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
