About this job

You will assist in ensuring a positive lasting impression for our customer's shopping experience by performing all customer service functions according to established procedures. Your role will include assisting customers during the checkout process by bagging groceries, answer phones and customer questions. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.

Essential functions:
● Make sure customers are being taken care of and the front end looks neat and tidy at all times. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service.
● Provide courteous customer service; greet each customer with friendly eye contact and individually thank them for their business.
● Carefully & efficiently bag groceries.
● Perform price checks as needed and restock returned/abandoned product in a timely manner.
● Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.
● Respond promptly to customer needs and questions and request assistance when necessary to ensure customers are checked out quickly.
● Answer phones working with KWF protocol and ensure paging procedures are being followed.
● Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
