About this job
The Retail Associate serves customers by taking orders, answering phones, bussing tables, running food, stocking supplies and cleaning. In addition to this a retail associate is responsible for taking and fulfilling retail orders, which entails proper presentation of company products, high standards of sanitation and attention to detail. The retail associate must oversee the stocking, arranging, and tracking of retail inventory on display shelves. This position is part of the Front of House team, reports directly to the area retail manager and indirectly to the general manager of the store.
