Title: Catering Sales Specialist
Reports To: VP of Catering & Sales
Catering Sales Specialist Responsibilities
● Be a reliable and professional brand ambassador.
● Grow catering sales for specific trade areas with schools, churches, corporate and social.
● Assists in catering operations from production to administrative duties.
● Meet and greet clients at catering and food events to ensure we have met their expectation of contract and event and to build relationship.
● Coordinate and sell internal catering and food truck events.
● Proactive account management of existing and new catering clientele.
● Secure partnerships with outside catering venues, event professionals, etc. to establish repeat and referral business.
● Build relationships and partner with GMs to help increase catering sales.
● Create and execute quarterly action plans to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded.
● Forecast and track sales to anticipate challenges and accurately report on current sales.
● Seek opportunities to attend networking and community events.
