Do you speak French? Are you looking for a great-paying Customer Service Representative (CSR) job with a well-established Kingsport, TN company? If so, AtWork has got an amazing opportunity for you!
As the principal customer advocate, the CSR is responsible for managing the customer order cycle and improving the corporate supply chain. This is accomplished by balancing customer requirements with Company operational capabilities to deliver customer solutions as promised. Limited pro-active selling required.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma required, Bachelor degree stongly preferred
- Fluency in French (Canadian)
- 3-5 years Customer Service experience
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated skills in tenacity and empathy
- Strong ahalytical and business skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up
- Good understanding of operating systems & Technology. AS/400, MS Excel, MS Sharepoint, and MS Word, etc.
This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position starts out at $35K/year and could increase based on experience.
