About The Job:

Tire Care Administrative Assistants help run our business by providing excellent customer service while providing back office/clerical support in the Tire Care Shop. A Tire Care Administrative Assistant will perform various tasks including: invoice receiving, payroll procedures, return procedures, inventory management tasks and other tasks as assigned.

• Greeting customers as you see them, speaking politely, and assisting customers
• Operating a cash register and maintaining an accurate and organized drawer
• Processing invoices in a timely manner, including retail and national accounts
• Completing management functions such as managing breaks, returning procedures, shift beak procedures, National account processing, collecting purchase orders, reconciling chargebacks, and weekly payroll procedures
• Organizing, reporting and filing of paperwork
• Working as the manager on duty in the absence of a manager or shift leader
• Maintaining personal grooming and uniform standards
• Maintaining a safe facility and use safety first practices to remain accident-free
• Other duties as assigned by your manager
• Working a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
