Unit Manager

Location:  iPic Bayshore - Bayshore, WI

Summary of Position: 

The Unit Manager is responsible for providing superior VIP guest service to all theater guests attending movies. This individual supervises our crew to insure that the best possible entertainment experience is delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the facility to insure it is clean and safe
• Ensure staffing needs are met including hiring and termination decisions
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Manage all areas of the theater/restaurant facility
• Conduct crew meetings
• Schedules theater crew hours as required by anticipated business levels
• Adheres to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Participates where needed to ensure guest service standards are achieved
• Conducts training for theater/restaurant service crew
• Oversees all aspects of the theater environment with additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience in a management position
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to train and supervise subordinate associates
• Excellent computer skills knowledge with Microsoft Windows Products
• Possess excellent basic Math skills and have the ability to operate a POS system
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
