Receive incoming returns utilizing the Database Browser
- Verify returns utilizing the Database Browser, AS400 as well as other screens deemed necessary to assure all information is accurate and complete.
- Accurately disposition the part on the reports and physically place the part in its proper location.
- E-mail and follow up when necessary with customer, regarding incomplete/inaccurate information.
- Assume additional responsibilities within the department to achieve a smooth flow of incoming and outgoing parts.
- When necessary, assist in Shipping and/or Inventory Receiving departments.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Good communication/customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Good grammar and punctuation.
