Job Description:
- Handling a large volume of inbound phone calls
- Answering inquiries regarding health insurance plan offerings, account maintenance, and payment processing
- Maintaining professionalism in a hectic environment
- Candidates must be comfortable in a call center environment.
- 80-100 calls on a daily basis
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
- Must work well in a fast-pace environment
Requirements:
- PA Health and Accident Insurance License - not expired
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Experience working in a call center environment highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A professional and personally accountable demeanor
- Strong analytical skills
