General Manager

AirTime Trampoline & Game Parks is looking for an experienced General Manager (GM) for our new location in Grand Rapids, MI. Candidates must be customer focused, high-energy individuals with the ability to lead a young staff of up to 100 individuals. Our priorities are safety, customer service, employee satisfaction and profitability.

The GM is the leader of the Management Team and will work closely with ownership and Corporate Management in the day to day operation of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to hiring, training, operating efficiency, expense management and customer service. Also, a successful GM should represent AirTime in the community by soliciting businesses, attending community functions and accommodating schools and other organizations in fundraising and special events.

AirTime operates a seasonal schedule of six to seven days of business a week. The busy season is November through April with a strong emphasis on weekend sales in the winter and weekday sales in the summer. As a result Managers are required to work a schedule that meets the demands of the business while making every effort to maintain their individual work-life balance.

This is a full-time position and should be viewed as a career in a growing industry. Experience in hospitality, retail, amusement and/or banquet is preferred but not required.
