Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a PRN Registered Nurse for our Gainesville office to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. The position is PRN, approximately 10-12 hours per month, on a pay per visit basis.

Responsibilities
- Develop the plan of care for new clients as directed by our office RN
- Evaluate CAREgiver’s performance while in the client's house
- Perform supervisory visits and reassessments on clients as requested by our office RN
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current, unencumbered RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Must be compassionate, loyal and flexible
- Experience with Alzheimer's Care and hospice
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask
- US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Proficiency in use of basic Word and/ or Adobe Acrobat PDF
- Must have reliable transportation
