Grinder Position
The Opportunity:
• Join our team of resourceful grinders and associate partners!
• Aluminum castings are manufactured for various industries including medical, military, aerospace, transportation and telecommunication.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up, operate, or tend grinding and related tools that remove excess material or burrs from surfaces, sharpen edges or corners, or buff, hone, or polish metal castings
• Inspect or measure finished castings to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as gauges or micrometers
What You’ll Need:
• Willing to work with a team to meet production needs
• Willing to learn and expand your grinding abilities
• Ability to read a process sheet via computer
• Ability to lift 65 pounds
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check and have a valid driver’s license
