Leasing Consultant - Full-time / Part-time

Oakwood Worldwide is currently searching for highly-motivated, enthusiastic and forward-thinking individual to join our team in Chicago as a Leasing Consultant.

Our luxury property 200 Squared is located in downtown Chicago

Our Leasing Consultants are our first point of contact with prospective clientele; they are both the cutting edge, and the supporting foundation of Oakwood's sales force. Qualified and successful candidates will be ambitious, self-starters with excellent communication skills, and proven records of outstanding customer service/sales experience.

Best Candidates Will Possess:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Face to face sales experience in a hospitality or property environment
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Must be available to work weekends –position will have two back to back weekdays off

Your Day will Include:

• Customer Friendly interactions throughout the day!
• Coordinating and conducting tours of the property
• Completing reference checks on potential residents
• Preparing leases and move-in paperwork
• Scheduling resident move-ins
• Compiling marketing results
• Completing competitive studies
• Maintaining a leasing phone log
