We have a part-time opening for a Youth Development Coach.
Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
- Must have 1 or more years experience.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Background check required.
Wage: $10/ hour
Requirements
Role Summary: The Youth Development Coach is responsible for implementation and execution of the Youth Development/Child Watch program through creative ideas and excellent service to our members. In this capacity, the Youth Development Coach provides care and supervision of members' children while the parent/member remains on-site and engaged in fitness activities. Children are grouped by age-range of 6 weeks to 6 years, or 7 years to 13 years.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: None
Required License: None
Preferred License: None
Required Experience: Current certification in CPR and First Aid or equivalent or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal skills.
