About this job

Call Center Representative - do you have at least one year of continuous call center experience? Can you work 4pm - midnight? (training 9am-5pm).

As a customer service/call center associate you will answer incoming phone calls and provide information, conduct research to provide caller information and occasionally assist upset callers with issues. Concierge style customer service skills required with a minimum of one year call center experience.
