Recruitment & Operations Coordinator  

Primary Responsibilities
:                                                                    ​
  • Screen, schedule and conduct caregiver applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner.  
  • Work daily with the scheduling team contacting current caregivers about their availability to fill open client shifts.
  • Work with sales to assist onboarding new clients.
Requirements
  • Maintain regular attendance at our Nashua office to execute job responsibilities
  • Entry level Full Time position Monday - Friday  
  • Must be able to work independently (1-2 person office in Nashua) but in regular communication with our Portsmouth office via phone, email & IM 
  • Must be able to visit Portsmouth office location as needed for quarterly meetings, initial interview and training sessions at hire.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
