About this job
CGC Management is in need of a Full-time (M-F 8am-5pm) Maintenance Supervisor for a 144 unit multi-family property near Reynolda Road.
Primary responsibilities include handling the repairs and general maintenance of the apartments and all interiors as well as the exterior of the property.
Essential functions will be:
*Managing work orders on a timely basis
*Working knowledge and understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair
*Coordinating unit turns with the Community Manager
*Providing and maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements:
*HVAC and CPO certified
*Professional and friendly demeanor
*Ability to be on call some weekends on a rotating schedule as necessary.
Hourly rate is depending on experience.
