Restaurant Manager - Full-time

The Restaurant Manager is a key player in this purpose and keeper of these values. He/She provides business management direction and team member supervision during operating hours while assuming full responsibility for daily sales, labor, and productivity under the guidance of the Director Team and Operator. The Restaurant Manager performs hands-on operational and administrative work on an on-going basis to train employees, support guest services, handle daily back office responsibilities, and delegate daily goals. He/She will maintain restaurant standards in product, culture, food handling, processes, and financial margins.

Qualifications:

- Passion to serve with excellence
- Desire to grow and develop as a leader, as well as partner with others to grow and develop
- Enjoy working with various people
- Must have at least a two-year college degree
- Minimum age 21 years old
- Previous Chick-fil-A and/or Management experience is a plus
- Available 35-45 hours per week
