Requirements
SUMMARY: Exciting and challenging telephone and counter position for career minded individuals! Responsible for customer service of both walk in counter sales and phone inquiries. And for providing product information and support on fireplace and hearth industry products we sell and service. This is a full time position with some flexible schedule during our non seasonal months.
the position is similar to that of a retail/wholesale showroom.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
•Interacting with customers to determine their needs for the service or sales related inquiry.
•Processing customer requests for pricing, product information, and product availability.
•Explaining product features and functions to customers.
•Special orders and follow-ups.
•General warehouse duties.
•Dispatching & Scheduling
•Assisting outside sales staff and the location general manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Two years sales or service related experience in HVAC, HOME IMPROVEMENT, APPLIANCE PARTS, PLUMBING, or to CONTRACTORS
Strong computer proficiency.
Personable friendly demeanor
Excellent telephone communication skills
