Assembly Associate

Our client, a Leading Manufacturing Company, in Fishers, IN has asked us to help them hire Assembly Associates for expansion of their team. During your assignment you will have access to benefits that can include medical, dental, vision, life, 401k, holiday pay, and earned vacation time.

DUTIES:

* Experience assembling all types of materials like Sheet Metal, Paint, LED’s, etc.
* Good Mechanical knowledge.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Excellent safety and attendance performance is expected.
* Must complete tasks on time with a high degree of quality to meet customer expectations.
* Mechanical background is a prerequisite, including wiring, fastening, and the use of various hand tools.
* Must be able to read and comprehend all paperwork that is necessary to do the job.  Examples: PCI, SOW, BOM, PDS, C-Drawings, and Visual Work Instructions.
* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Effective verbal, written, and mathematical skills are required.
* Must be able to walk and stand throughout an eight hour day.
* Must be able to repetitively use arms, hands, and fingers in the manipulation of parts.
* Should be able to demonstrate good hand/eye coordination and overall good manual dexterity.
* Strong math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, algebra.
* Must be able to read, evaluate and respond to product specifications and drawings, and perform normal math calculations easily.
* Must be familiar and comfortable with various machinery and have strong general mechanical skills.
